Section 01
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Open Claw Assistance LLC (“Open Claw,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit theclawacademy.com (the “Site”), enroll in The Claw Academy, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

Section 02
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, password (hashed), and profile details you provide.
- Enrollment & payment information — billing name, address, the program tier or financing plan you select, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications — emails, support requests, agreement signatures, and any content you submit during cohort sessions or community channels.
- Third-party sign-in data — if you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email, avatar) from your provider.
- Automatically collected information — IP address, device and browser data, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Section 03
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Deliver, operate, and improve the Services and your cohort experience;
- Process payments, financing installments, refunds, and chargebacks;
